As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company, building lasting customer relationships while delivering personalized financial services and accurate transaction support. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records in the Point of Sale system. You’ll support business growth through daily call campaigns, community events, and external marketing efforts, as well as assist with collections and scheduling. Additional responsibilities include upholding compliance with company policies and regulations, ensuring store cleanliness and security protocols, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with products and processes. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is motivated to achieve both individual and team performance goals.
Weekends as needed.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
