As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing phone inquiries, scheduling in-home consultations, and providing showroom tours. This role also includes maintaining the customer database, managing social media posts, and responding to online reviews to enhance the company’s online presence. Ideal candidates possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and excellent communication abilities. A high school diploma is required, and experience in the home improvement or operations industry is a plus.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
