Responsibilities include account management, payment processing, collections support, and occasional off-site tasks such as vehicle appraisals and marketing. The representative also upholds store appearance and security protocols, follows all company and legal compliance requirements, and participates in ongoing training. Success in this position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals and maintaining a consistent, full-time schedule, including weekends.
