We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional support across multiple customer touchpoints. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities include assisting with delivery issues and returns, offering product substitutions for out-of-stock items, and escalating concerns to management when needed. The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service and data entry experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, customer-first attitude.

M-F day shift.

Listed pay is: $23 to $24 an hour.
