As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional assistance both in person and over the phone. This role involves managing incoming calls and walk-in traffic, handling correspondence, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. You’ll also support the General Manager and Service Advisors with administrative tasks, maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area, and assist with receivables, payables, and data entry. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

Listed pay is $17.45 to $25 an hour.
