They are looking for experience in MAC, Windows, Remote Support, Installation of operating systems, and re-imaging both onsite and remote. They are looking for experience troubleshooting Google Workspace, MS Office, Box, Logitech Video Conference systems, Zoom, while providing excellent customer service.
