Full-time In-person: Front Desk Administrator, Morley Fredericks Real Estate, Inc., San Rafael, CA

Responsible for managing front desk operations including answering and routing calls via VoIP, handling mail and bills, preparing bank deposits, communicating with tenants and vendors, organizing files, supporting utilities onboarding, and assisting with social media and listings management. Requires strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and organizational ability. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Benefits include 401(k) with match and paid time off. Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts. Pay $20 – $27 an hour
