You will manage room assignments, verify payments, issue keys, and offer detailed information about hotel services and local attractions. This role involves handling various forms of payment, maintaining accurate records, managing guest messages and mail, and responding promptly to phone inquiries. You’ll assist with reservations, address guest concerns with professionalism, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude are key to success in this position.

Listed pay is $22 to $23 an hour.
