As a Front Office Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out. You’ll handle room assignments, process payments, coordinate room changes and late check-outs, and assist with billing inquiries. Strong communication is key, as you’ll be answering phones, relaying messages, and coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll also provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, resolve guest concerns, and manage reservations and room service orders. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain accurate records while delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is $32.50 an hour.
