As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing information about the property, local amenities, and special events. You’ll respond to guest requests for services such as transportation or reservations, maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences, and ensure effective communication before, during, and after their stay. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to promptly resolve guest needs and concerns.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $24.73 an hour.
