As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with check-in, room assignments, and payment processing. You’ll handle reservations, respond to guest requests and complaints, and maintain accurate records through bookkeeping and audits. This role also includes supporting other departments during peak times, such as assisting in the breakfast area or with luggage. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential, along with adherence to safety standards and hotel policies.

M-F, weekends and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is: $17.50 to $21.50 an hour.
