We are seeking a courteous and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional front desk service and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, verifying payment methods, and maintaining accurate records using property management systems. You will handle billing and payments, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, issue room keys, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve any guest concerns. Additional duties include managing reservations, transmitting messages, and answering inquiries about hotel services and local attractions. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

On call, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is: $22 an hour.
