In person full time IT Technician. They are looking for an IT Technician to act as the first responder for IT incidents, providing Level 1 troubleshooting, technical triage, and incident documentation within IT Operations and Service Management. They seek someone who can monitor system alerts, escalate issues as needed, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners during major incidents. The ideal candidate should be available for 12-hour rotating shifts and able to collaborate on large-scale outages and management-directed projects. This job is located in San Francisco California.
