As a Member Loyalty Representative, you’ll provide exceptional service by warmly greeting members, processing transactions accurately, and promoting Oportun’s financial services. You’ll work independently or as part of a team to meet lending and service goals. A key part of the role involves engaging in community outreach—more than 50% of your time will be spent building relationships with local businesses, attending community events, and encouraging potential members to explore Oportun’s offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with applications using technology such as iPads and QR codes. This role requires local travel and a commitment to living out Oportun’s core values in every interaction.
Weekends as needed.
Listed pay is $20 to $23 an hour.
