In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, processing transactions accurately, providing digital banking solutions, and connecting clients with appropriate banking resources. You will help build strong relationships within the community while completing routine operational and customer support tasks, following bank policies, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Candidates should have at least six months of customer-facing experience and strong communication skills. Listed pay is $22 to $27.50 an hour.
