L10 Fitness is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to support daily club operations, greet members, and manage memberships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves assisting members in person and through phone, email, and chat, answering questions about services, pricing, and availability, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Additional duties include accurate data entry and maintaining a welcoming, positive environment for all members. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong phone etiquette, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. An interest in the fitness industry is a plus, but not required. This position offers weekday hours with no weekend shifts and excellent benefits.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
