Heritage Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their front desk team for four 10-hour shifts per week. This role involves welcoming clients and their pets, answering calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing, processing payments, and dispensing medications. A friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude is essential. While veterinary experience and familiarity with Avimark software are preferred, they are not required for candidates who bring a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and exceptional communication skills. Listed pay is $18 to $22 an hour.
