We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Wine Club and Customer Service Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for wine club members and retail customers. In this role, you will support the Wine Club and Shipping Director by providing outstanding customer service, assisting with orders, maintaining account accuracy, and coordinating shipping logistics, including reships, returns, and damaged orders. You’ll also support monthly wine club shipments, collaborate with sales representatives to ensure order accuracy, and assist with daily order processing and inventory management. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a professional and approachable demeanor, a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in customer service or wine club operations is preferred, and familiarity with AMS is a plus.

Listed pay is $20 to $25 an hour.
