Medical Scribes work alongside physicians to document patient visits in real time, helping ensure accurate medical records while allowing providers to focus on patient care.
- Document patient history, exams, treatments, and prescriptions
- Use electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Track lab results and maintain up-to-date patient charts
- Organize and send documents for physician review
- Support clinic operations and follow HIPAA guidelines

Schedule:

- Shifts typically ~8 hours (varies by location)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Fluent in English
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer skills and ability to work long shifts
- Access to a laptop for training
