Redwood Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Center Representative for its call center in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a closer role, working 24 to 25 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays, with shifts from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
By phone, you would help members with transactions and account questions and complete related back-office work.
Pay is $24.00 to $31.00 per hour, plus an 8% call center differential. An ideal background is about two years of call center, retail, or clerical customer service, along with typing at 40 words per minute.
