What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers throughout the repair process
- Learn and prepare repair estimates
- Manage parts ordering, tracking, and inventory
- Communicate with vendors, insurance companies, and team
- Support office administration and daily shop operations

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

- Bilingual (Mandarin or Spanish)
