First Bridge Lending is looking for a full time, dynamic Office Assistant who is detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced real estate lending office. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deposit Checks, initiate wires, transfers and ACH’s, scan and save files including physically filing paperwork, and ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming. Proficient in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to learn new technology.
$25.00 – $27.00 an hour
