Today, I found 3 job listings for the CTP website, and worked on finding entries to the emergency food list. I also worked on finding social media suggestions on my last hour. Today is my last full 3-hour shift before my next break, Next time, I will only show up for 1 hour, as I’m at 99 hours now.

Hello Today I did my CTT-tech-articles, Independent Challenge, and Google Sheets

Today we went over Google Sheets. They were trying to get the Sheet to be saved with the right stuff on it. That was our Independent Challenge. We started with a Google Doc and fixed things on it. Then I listened to everyone who accepted the challenge to be an angry customer and who was the employee.

Today, I started the day with fellow CTT trainees on our tech articles. We each picked something interesting to talk about. Mine was about Google introducing their Gemini AI to their Smart TVs, which I feel is a bit much.

For the next hour, we went over the independent challenge steps, talking about different formatting on Google Docs and Google Sheets, including some formulas for the latter.

For the final hour, we did an exercise about upset customers in Sunshine Express. I was part of the final scenario we did for the day, but I handled it fine as did everyone else who participated in the exercise.

Today we took the Pro 3-minute typing test for the end of the month, then overviewed our performance for the independent challenge. A few participants had trouble with the formulas for part 3, specifically the formulas for rounding up numbers to the first digit, which was understandable since we haven’t covered the needed formula in class yet. For the rest of class time, we worked on some phone exercises involving dealing with frustrated customers.

Today started off with the CTT group sharing our tech articles. It was a good discussion about AI and how it affects daily life. After this we did some practice discussing the evaluation assignment. To wrap the day up we practiced some upset customer scenarios, which was a great deal of fun.

Our day began with a 3-minute typing test. I spoke with Marc again about not receiving a Grain email for class notes; we still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Marc walked us through the correct way to complete the Independent challenge. I turned in my Accountability assignment.

Today we started off class with a three-minute typing test. we reviewed the independent challenge as a class. We did customer service Role Play upset customer scenarios. Mike, Nicole, Lucy, Nick, Joe and Cody played customer and employee roles. We did a good job.

fifteen minutes of typing practice and a three minute typing test, reviewed the Independent Challenges, and practiced Sunshine express upset customer role play scenarios.

Today we reviewed our individual challenges from a previous class. We also turned in our type tests for this week, and role-played customer complaint interactions in real time.
