Today I did alot of stuff. I worked on Google Slides to present a post about the Power of Wellness. It was a very difficult post but I’ll be done with it by the end of the week. I worked on the Accountability Assignment and it’s Scheduled to Send by Thursday. Oh and I learned about the other Assignment that is going to be for the Accountability Assignment.

Today we viewed our Core month Orientation with new students. Jose showed the Pro students on how to send assignments on Thursday when you finish a day or two early. In class we were shown about introductions on google slides and that there is a project. Worked on google slides project, and Mike showed everyone how to complete the Accountability Assignment and also how to send a reminder email.

Today was my first day of training in becoming an administrative assistant. The first half of the class, I listened to orientation, which emphasized the purpose and expectations of the CTP program. On the second half of the class, I created an account with the Homebase App and WordPress, which this is my first time doing both in an work environment. During the last hour of class, I started an assignment which is based on the topic of managing rigidity in the workplace.

Orientation for new members, started the POW Google Slides project, and started Accountability Assignment

We started out with the class orientation with Jose, We went over why it’s important to show up to work on time. I saw some familiar faces during orientation. Talked about what we will be doing in are customer service pro class. We did an Accountability Assignment on Managing Rigidity today.

Today we started off with orientation. After this we went over an end of the month email assessment. Once finished with working on that I started working on a new google slides project.

Today, we started with orientation since it is the first week of what will be the new month. All new trainees in the Core Training were introduced to it while existing trainees in their second or third months got a review. For the next hour, we went on to talk about the monthly email evaluation assignment. We had time to work on it, and I answered the questions the best that I could before scheduling it to send on the due day. For the rest of today’s session, we were working on a Google Slides Project. I got some of it started before we had to wrap up for today. I have a pretty good idea on how I can work on it in the coming days.

I saw some familiar faces during orientation. Talked about what we will be doing in are customer service pro class. We got a login in for homebase to clock in everyday. We also created a reminder in are calender for when are accountability assignment is due.

We reviewed the course orientation, since there are new people joining class for the start of the month. I wrote and turned in two reminder email assignments for things due this week. And we reviewed a new Slides project and the PRO accountability assignment we will work on this week. I saved those instructions and started setting up docs for those in my Google Drive.
