What I Did Today!
Today I listened to the instructors and did stuff. The first thing I did was wrote down seven answers to Sunshine Express Written Customer Service Responses. Then I did Sunshine Express Phone Script where it was hell getting everyone on the phone. What was good was the music in the background. Very cool.
What I Did Today
In my 1st hour, I added 3 job listings to the CTP website. Afterward, I searched for emergency food organizations for the emergency food list, and found 1 in LA. In my 3rd hour, I focused on looking for social media content that CTP may post. One of my findings was for an event that will happen in a day or 2, so in hindsight, I felt it might be a bad pick, since it might be outdated by the time the CTP staff would consider it.

Today we started class with typing for 15 mins, wrote Professional responses in email format, practiced using voicemails when making phone calls, I still felt confused on the transfer option when moving one person to another. In a luck attempt it worked where I was able to transfer calls without being in the conversation. Hopefully next time I can do better.

Today we completed an assignment on writing formal emails in response to customer feedback. We also had more practice with customer service phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls.
What I Did Today
Today we overviewed the assignment for the day, which was written customer service responses for Sunshine Express, as well as working independently on assignments and projects that are due. Our instructors gave feedback on our written customer service responses. I was unable to stay for the entire class session, as my Wifi connection unexpectedly cut out in the middle of class at 4pm.

Today, I researched and shared 16 job listings. I also added 5 new locations to the food bank list. To close out the day, I identified and shared 3 new emergency fund sponsors.
