Today, we were working on our Written Customer Service Responses. I had already been finished with that assignment, so I spent the day watching Percipio to fulfill my weekly three hours. The exam I was taking was Wireless Networking & Services, which talks about a multitude of topics from web servers and protocols to various proxy services like security set-ups. All in all, very interesting stuff.

today I took a practice 3 minute typing test practicing for tomorrow’s typing test. I did my customer service response exercise and my accountability assignment. Browsed the job postings on the CTP website as well.

Fifteen minutes of typing practice, continued the BerkMart customer service written response, talked about the accountability assignment, and shared the results of the independent challenge.

Today we continued to work on the written customer service responses, as well as working independently on assignments and projects that are due. Instructors gave feedback on our independent challenges and written customer service responses. I spent spare class time working in percipio on a customer service course after finishing my written customer service responses.

In the first hour I did 15 minutes of typing practice, getting above 60wpm on both tests for the first time, then added 10 job listings to the CTP WordPress site. In hours two and three I worked on the emergency funds list for Mono and Mariposa Counties.
