After typing practice, we did a few more rounds of customer/cashier practice for the Sunshine Express market. We also reviewed our flyer research assignment, researched local events and created an event in Google Calendar and shared it with our classmates, and created nested folders on our desktop and Google Drive for the PRO class. I made folders split by month, week, and homework vs class materials. Afterward, I watched part of a Percipio course since I had a couple minutes of extra time.

In my 1st hour, I worked on adding job listings to the CTP website. My 2nd hour, I looked for emergency food organizations for the emergency food list. My last hour involved me looking for social media content that would help CTP stay relevant, and show followers of CTP content that is educational, or uplifting.

I learned how to make a WordPress profile. Then I learned Point of Sales Training. A whole lot of nothing but it took 3 hours to do.

Typed for 15mins, created a Bio for sunshine express, pretend to be a cashier and customer for Sunshine Express and sent my accountability calendar reminder via email.

Today we began working on our Network Building Block lab. We started with an introduction to the pre-lab instructions. After reviewing the overview and lab instructions, I began working on my ticket. About an hour later, we went through a presentation that covered key terms and examples relevant to the lab. After our final break, I focused on defining the essential terms from the pre-lab and am looking forward to making progress on the lab setup.

Today, we started on a lab involving computer networking. We started off with a pre-lab where we answered questions such as our current network knowledge and what devices are commonly found on networks. The next part of the pre-lab was defining terms associated with computer networks. For the next hour, we followed a Slides presentation going more into networks, common terminology, examples of networks via diagrams, and more. For the last hour, we continued on our pre-labs. I got close to halfway down the list by the time we reached the end of the day, and it was time to type out my daily blog post.

Today we started with the module for the week. We spent a bit of class time setting up our credentials to the Sunshine Express wordpage site, I logged in and completed our wordpress bio. We also worked on our customer service skills by utilizing The CTP Pro square online store to practice one-on-one training. I swiftly took my turn as the cashier and wrapped up for the class day.

After typing practice and turning in my Percipio courses, I created an employee page for myself for Sunshine Express with my name, title, blurb and photo. After that, I practiced being a cashier and customer with my classmates on the Sunshine Express website/market. We also reviewed the accountability assignment due this Thursday.
