Administrative Assistant / Patient Navigator – Part Time – Martinez, CA

The Remedy Martinez is a community wellness center and is looking for someone who thrives in a holistic health environment to fill the role of Administrative Assistant / Patient Navigator. Must be detail oriented, friendly, motivated, with strong computer skills, and previous administrative support roles a plus. Duties include welcome and check in/out patients, schedule and confirm appointments, answer phones, return voicemails, manage inquiries, orrganize files, respond to emails, print/copy documents, and keep our office running smoothly.
