Today I watched a video on customer service. I then worked on some “Independent Challenges” and got through it with an hour of class leftover. It was pretty easy, and the day was easy as well, so I spent my time working on Skillsoft courses. Its a bit sad that this is my last week in core training.

We have a combine class with the Pro group. We start off the day with typing class
We look at a video on proper phone greeting and procedure. We then practice phone greeting
