We are hiring a full-time administrative team member to support daily operations across our two locations. The role involves customer service, general office assistance, coordination with warehouse staff, shipping support, and handling product-related tasks such as taking photos, videos, and measurements. Candidates should be organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual ability and use of a personal vehicle for occasional local travel are a plus. The position is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with pay ranging from $20 to $25/hour. Today I started off working on the job listings. Then I was working on the food bank list. I am currently working on Southern California county and working on Kern county. I am using the search link and finding a few places to add to the list. For the job listing, I try to find opportunities that are entry level and do not require too much qualifications for the students to apply to. The challenge is to find postings that don’t require too much experience, because most of the positions does require to have some knowledge of the position. I will continue to find more opportunities that will be good for the students to apply to that are at entry level.
Club Pilates is in need of an Assistant General Manger who will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations of fitness studio in Clayton. Duties include drive and increase membership and retail sales using customer services skills, execute lead generation through grass roots marketing and networking, maintain retail and stock inventory, and assist in training sales associates. Must be highly organized, have the ability to work both independently or part of a team, and posses strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of purchasing processes and procurement principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Excel. Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop a career in procurement. Team player with a proactive attitude. Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour, depends on experience.
