What I did today

I was in a group with Tony and Bonny and we took turns being Person A, B, C with the phone script. Got more practice with MicroSip. I also recorded my voicemail and listened to Val’s too. It was a long class today.

What I Did Today

In my position as an administrative associate today, I found three more job listings that seem like great options for individuals interested in IT support positions. I also advanced the updates on the DEI company spreadsheet by adding contact information and almost finished the list. I noticed I was more efficient and faster at finding the necessary data today. I believed my ability to navigate corporate websites got better. Additionally, I kept using ChatGPT to assist in finding corporate emails that were hard to track down.

What I Did Today

For the first hour I worked on job listings where I focused on Customer Service Representative openings in the Sacramento area. I posted five listings to the CTP website.

Jose asked me to work on adding a couple more slides and I did some research, but I wasn’t able to get with him to get a better description of what he needs. I went on to work in Percipio for a couple of hours.

The rest of the day I spent on job listings again. This time I focused on Customer Service job listings in the Redding area.
