We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional hospitality and support throughout the guest experience. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing reservations accurately, and handling sensitive information with discretion. You’ll work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally. A strong knowledge of Napa Valley is essential, as you’ll assist guests with local recommendations and reservations at wineries, restaurants, and more. I am getting back into the groove, remembering how processes work. I shared 18 job postings and a job fair. In my second hour I worked on cleaning up the food bank website and transferring over more locations. Finally I learned how to do business outreach emails, which I am very excited to start doing next week!
