I wanted to finish the challenge so bad. I had the formulas, but I was just trying to populate the final cells when Mike made me stop. He’s so mean. That was fun.

What I did Today?

I did some practice typing, and then we watched a video as a group on how to do good customer service skills, and then we discussed our opinions about the customer service video. Naoko was talking about how the Customer Service jobs in Japan contrasted with those in the U.S. Lastly, we did our independent challenge. I felt that this one was just a bit more challenging than the last one I did. Because of using the average formulas. 

What I Did Today

This week we have a combine class with CTT Pro.

We practice typing for 15 minutes. I am type only two minutes faster

The rest of the class was focusing on Independent challenge V3 we correct different items on a Google Doc, created a table of contents.

I started the challenge on creating a Google spread sheet but ran out of time.

mybe I will be able to revisit this tomorrow.

What I did today

I did the independent challenge. Part 1 and 2 were easy but I was not able to finish Part 3. So I am a little worried about my score I also made a mistake on Part 1 being I had too many windows open.Hope I did good on the rest. Still confused on formulas in Google Sheets and need more practice. We will go over tomorrow so I will see what I did wrong. Today was a crazy day.

What a day!! I’m going thru it, but I went to school.

I watched a video on good and bad customer service. I’d like more of that.

We did independent challenges. I didn’t finish number 3. I would have given more time, but with what’s going on here at the house, I’m surprised i got that far. I don’t know how to add up P’s. assigning a value to it i think.

What Did I Do Today

We combined classes both CTT and PRO to work on customer service type etiquette, watched a customer service focused video and had a discussion about it. Then worked on the test for the knowledge in working with a computer. Failed big time on the google sheets test. will have to work on google sheets a lot more.

What we did today!

Today, we began class with our usual 15-minute typing practice. After that, we watched a video on customer service. My key takeaway from the video was the importance of asking questions and actively listening to the customer. We then spent the rest of the class working on the three-part independent challenge. I thought this was a great practice assignment that reinforced what we’ve learned so far in PRO.
