For the food list, I found leads on organizations that I don’t think are listed yet. However, I did find this list last minute, so I wasn’t able to make use of it yet. I’ll be sure to use it when I return, so Wednesday.
What I did ToDaY…
Today is our first day back after others graduated the Friday before last. We went over, “Tools for Focusing”, which I found extremely helpful as it gave me ideas for balancing work. Worked on typing – IMPROVEMENT (57 WPM @ 97%) and got to work on Percipo towards the end of class.
What I Did Today
Today was the first day of Computer Technician Training(CTT) and we were shown how to set up Google Chrome profiles. We also installed Chrome extensions such as LastPass to store our passwords in a vault, bookmarking tabs we would be using during this course, and clocking in and out on the Homebase site. I didn’t have issue setting these up but I learned that despite myself being fine before without a password vault, it does not hurt to have these tools at my disposal since it only benefits me and make things easier. I look forward to tomorrow’s class as I plan out my time this week in doing at least 3 hours of Percipio Skillsoft courses.
What I Did Today
Today was the first day of afternoon Computer Technician Training (CTT). I listened to the Core Training Orientation and the CTT Orientation then took a short quiz on it. We set up a new Chrome Profile and then downloaded several bookmarks onto it (LastPass, Grammarly, uBlock Origin Lite, Privacy Badger). We also saved all of our bookmarks for future classes and easy organization. Then we clocked in and out using Homebase for the first time. Finally, we ended the day with our Daily Blog post (WIDT).
What i did today…
I was late to class today due to technical issues with my laptop. Today we did some review of things and answered students questions. For the remainder of our time we worked on precipio.
