The Client Services Specialist provides direct support and mentorship to youth by supervising activities, workshops, field trips, and community outings while fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions on life skills, education, employment readiness, and health, as well as offering individualized guidance through check-ins and goal setting. The role also involves transporting youth to activities, participating in outdoor education such as hikes and camping trips, and ensuring program spaces and vehicles remain organized and youth-friendly. Bilingual communication with youth, caregivers, and staff is essential, along with accurate documentation of participation and progress. This position requires flexibility across programs, strong cultural awareness, and a commitment to promoting positive youth development.
Listed pay from $23.15 an hour.
