As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, premium-level experience from vehicle rental to return. Your responsibilities include coordinating timely pick-up and drop-off logistics, communicating with customers across multiple channels, and delivering vehicles while providing warm, personalized service. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and comfort with technology. Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience—preferably in hospitality or car rental—and are able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
Evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
