The Hotel Guest Services Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, welcoming environment and providing exceptional service to guests throughout their stay. This role includes greeting arrivals, assisting with check-ins and departures, managing reservations and inquiries by phone, email, or text, and making local recommendations to enhance the guest experience. The Guest Services Associate also promotes upsell packages, assists with special requests, and ensures smooth communication with housekeeping and kitchen staff. In the absence of a manager, the associate may oversee daily hotel operations and support other departments as needed. Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is $20 an hour.
