The Retail Customer Service Associate supports daily store operations by delivering consultative, solutions-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role assists customers with printing, signs and graphics, and shipping services by understanding individual needs, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. Responsibilities include operating printing and binding equipment, assembling and preparing packages for shipment, and resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.
The associate follows supervisor instructions, supports team training, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized store. Additional duties include processing transactions through the POS system, handling cash, safeguarding customer data, stocking and maintaining equipment, merchandising retail displays, preventing errors and waste, completing financial paperwork, and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures to support store profitability and performance.
Listed pay is $22.10 to $25.97 an hour.
