Maximus is looking for a help desk support technician who has experience in customer service and has a knowledge of the ability to monitor logs as well as report on problems and anomalies. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have high attention detail and customer service skills are a plus.
