Tomorrow is Core celebration and so I will try to cover this week in review.
Monday, we had worked on an independent challenge that covered Google Workspace functions in Docs and Sheets. I feel like I did pretty well on the overall assignment. I could have been more patient with the Sheets assignment had I known there was more time to complete it. Formatting the cells with the correct borders was the minor challenge I experienced. We finally reviewed the challenge today with Jose, and I’m happy with how it went.
This week we also covered a bit of phones for customer service scenarios at BerkMart. I’m still somewhat uncertain on how to transfer calls cleanly and consistently using MicroSIP, but I’m sure there will be another opportunity to learn next month.
Yesterday and today, we were given time to work on customer service written responses to customer complaints at BerkMart. It’s helpful to put yourself in the store representative’s shoes and answer some of these difficult complaints, but I’m not sure how I would handle that responsibility at a real job.
Finally, I finished my homework for the accountability assignment yesterday. I have been in the habit of doing my work early so that I’m not overwhelmed about last minute to-do’s and deadlines. Now, let’s Celebrate!
