Today, we set up a digital office phone program called Microsip and got our accounts set up. We then did tests to make sure the phones could call, connect, etc. I was even used as an example call for a demonstration we did on placing callers on hold and transferring calls. For the remainder of class time, we did an Independent Challenge involving Google Docs and Google Sheets. Most of all three parts was stuff I was familiar with and a refresher. I completed Parts 1 and 2, but Part 3 needed more time for me to complete in the time left. I decided I will complete it in my own time.
