Met with Devin and Carrie for a “check-in” that was encouraging; it was great to know the employment services will happen every week. We also reviewed my class performance to date. I shared some observations on my own job search. We discussed the value of exercising accommodations and wellness, applying to part-time positions that are a good fit with my experience and interest in leadership roles. We also touched on the importance of considering timing in conversations with employers re: timing for the request for accommodations.
