As a Yard/Customer Service Associate, assists customers in locating materials, loading vehicles, and resolving product-related concerns while maintaining a safe and organized yard and warehouse environment. Receives, unloads, verifies, and stocks incoming materials, ensuring accurate labeling, proper storage, and inventory rotation to maintain product quality. Prepares materials for delivery or transfer, measures and cuts materials as needed, and operates forklifts and other equipment safely while completing required safety checks. Monitors the yard for safety and security risks, reports damages promptly, and supports efficient warehouse operations to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.
