I started the day by clocking in with Homebase. Then we talked about different scenarios, and the phone I was using was not working. Then I did the “What did I do today?” post. At the end of the day, I clock out of Homebase.

Practiced 5 different scenarios on MicroSip A lil bit of technical difficulties

We practiced CSR phone scripts involving direct transfers and attended transfers.

Typing practice. The rest of the day was spent practicing MicroSip and the customer service scripts for Sunshine Express. Experienced some technical difficulties.

Today, we practiced the Pro Sunshine Express Phone Scripts exercise. The first three scenarios were pretty easy. Scenarios 4 and 5 were a bit complicated. I got the hang of it, but you definitely have to make sure you follow the directions exactly. Practice makes perfect. Lastly, we post WIDT blogs.

Started the day by logging into Zoom and clocking in at HomeBase. Then we did a little speed typing. Then we talked about how to use the MicroSIP phone and did a few group role plays with classmates. Then did my “What I did today” post and clocked out of HomeBases for the day.
