Today we practiced more MicroSIP phone drills. The first part went very smoothly, but the second part (with groups of three) was not so successful. We tried following the instructions, but the app did all kinds of unexpected things. We will troubleshoot this tomorrow. I also worked on the Written Customer Service Responses assignment.
