The Casino Customer Service Gaming Associate plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and enjoyment of live card-room games. This position involves working closely with casino dealers and personnel to oversee game operations, manage casino chips, verify game fairness, and promptly report any irregular or suspicious activity. The Gaming Associate is also responsible for promoting a professional and welcoming environment, ensuring exceptional customer service by engaging positively with guests and supporting team collaboration across the casino floor.
4 x 10 hour night shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $23 to $25 an hour.
