The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct customer interaction, sales support, and service activities. This position involves preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing transactions. The representative will support the Event Consultant team, manage inbound leads, and maintain strong client relationships through showroom sessions and regular updates on new products and services. Additional duties include market research to adjust sales techniques, data entry in the CRM system, and contributing insights to improve overall sales performance.
M-F schedule.
Listed pay is: $22 to $25 an hour.
