You’ll be responsible for resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining detailed customer records, and collaborating with team members to enhance service processes. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service or retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain patient and professional under pressure. Listed pay is: $18 to $23 an hour.
