We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to support both sales and after-sales operations for our U.S. and Canadian customers. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, process orders and returns, and provide direct support to our traveling sales team. You’ll also collaborate on sales initiatives and occasionally assist the finance department with customer outreach for collections. As part of a small, close-knit team, the ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for customer service—especially over the phone—are essential for success in this role.
M-F morning and day shifts, no weekends.
Listed pay is: $23 to $25 an hour.
