We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to respond to tolling and administrative inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. In this role, you’ll identify customer needs, provide clear and complete information, and process transactions using mainframe and web-based applications. You’ll also submit research requests, maintain a strong understanding of company and client programs, and strictly follow confidentiality policies. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support other team members during high-volume periods or staff absences.

Listed pay is: $21.50 to $22.50 an hour.
